Özder Müşavirlik was founded in 1990 by Ömer ÖZDER. Having started his career as an employed accountant, he became a Certified Public Accountant when the profession law came into force in 1989, and earned the title of Sworn Financial Advisor in 2002.
After the loss of our founder in 2015, Certified Public Accountant Ali ÖZDER (born 1972) has continued to lead the firm with the same principles.
For us, accounting is not merely recording past transactions; it is an advisory approach that accurately assesses our clients' present and helps shape their future. Knowing that every business has different needs, we develop tailored — not one-size-fits-all — solutions in tax planning, financial management and strategic decision-making.
